Ingredients:
25ml blue caraçao
25ml rum
25ml cane spirit
75ml lemon juice
75ml pineapple juice
dash Pastis
crushed ice
Method:
Blend all the ingredients together with the crushed ice for a few seconds.
Pour into stemmed goblet and decorate with lemon, pawpaw and cherry.

Metode:
Skud al die bestanddele vir ’n paar sekondes saam met die ys.
Gooi in ’n groot wynglas en versier met ’n suurlemoenskyfie, papaja en ’n kersie.
