Ingredients:
1 to 1½ tots Scotch whisky
hot coffee
1 dash creme de menthe
1 maraschino cherry
whipped cream
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Method:
Pour whisky into a coffee mug. Fill with black coffee and brown sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Spray a generous amount of whipped cream on top of the coffee.
Trickle creme de menthe to form green stripes on the whipped topping and place the cherry on top.
Serve immediately.

1 to 1½ sopies Skotse whisky
warm koffie
1 skeutjie mentroomlikeur
1 maraschino kersie
geklopte room
1 teelepel bruin suiker
Metode:
Gooi whisky in 'n koffiebeker. Vul met swart koffie en bruin suiker en roer totdat suiker opgelos het.
Spuit heelwat geklopte room op die koffie sodat dit 'n punt na bo vorm.
Drup mentroomlikeur op room om groen strepies daarop te vorm. Sit die kersie in die middel.
Bedien dadelik.
