Ingredients:
500g self-raising flour
500ml buttermilk
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon marjoram
90ml Cheddar cheese
2 crushed garlic cloves
Method:
Mix the dry ingredients. Add buttermilk en mix well.
Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C in a pre-heated oven.

Bestanddele:
500g bruismeel
500ml karringmelk
1 teelepel sout
2 teelepels gekapte pietersielie
1 teelepel marjolein
90ml Cheddarkaas
2 fyngedrukte knoffelhuisies
Metode:
Meng droë bestanddele. Voeg karringmelk by en meng goed.
Bak vir 45 minute by 180°C in ’n voorverhitte oond.
