Ingredients:
25g chocolate
50g margarine
2 eggs, beaten well
4 tablespoons honey
½ cups suiker
¾ cups plain flour
½ cup chopped nuts
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
Method:
Melt the chocolate and margarine together. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Drop in small spoonfuls on a greased tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
The cookies will become crisp on cooling.

Bestanddele:
25g sjokolade
50g margarien
2 goed geklitste eiers
4 eetlepels heuning
½ koppie suiker
¾ koppie meel
½ koppie gekapte neute
½ teelepel vanieljegeursel
Metode:
Smelt die sjokolade en margarien saam. Voeg res van bestanddele by en meng goed.
Gooi in hopies met ’n lepel op ’n gesmeerde bakplaat. Bak vir 20 minute by 180°C.
Die koekies word bros sodra dit afkoel.
