Ingredients:
3 tablespoons maize-meal
5ml paprika
5ml mustard powder
salt and pepper
12 chicken-breasts
500ml raw crushed wheat
2 onions
2 tomatoes
1 packet of fresh mushrooms
500ml boiled water
2 cubes chicken extract
2 desert spoons Worcester sauce
Method:
Fry chicken-breasts in oil and arrange half of it in oven-dish.
Fry onions and tomatoes and pour mixture over chicken.
Add raw mushrooms en raw crushed wheat over chicken.
Put another layer of chicken in the dish.
Mix chicken extract and rest of ingredients with boiled water and pour over chicken.
Bake for 1½ hour at 220ºC.

sout en peper
12 hoenderborsies
500ml stampkoring
2 uie
2 tamaties
1 pakkie vars sampioene
500ml kookwater
2 blokkies hoenderekstrak
2 eetlepels Worcestersous
Metode:
Braai hoenderborsies in olie en rangskik die helfte in in 'n oondskottel.
Braai uie en tamaties en gooi oor die hoender.
Sit rou sampioene en rou stampkoring oor die hoender.
Sit nog 'n laag hoender in die oondskottel.
Meng hoenderekstrak en res van bestanddele met kookwater en gooi oor hoender.
Bak vir 1½ uur by 220ºC.
