Ingredients:
4 cups bread crumbs
4 cups boiling water
2 whipped eggs
salt and pepper
1 onion (grated)
1 cup celery (chopped)
½ cup salted pork fat (melted)
Method:
Soak bread in boiling water and squeeze all the water from the bread.
Add rest of ingredients and use as stuffing for poultry.

Bestanddele:
4 koppies ou broodkrummels
4 koppies kookwater
2 geklopte eiers
sout en peper
1 ui (gerasper)
1 koppie seldery (gekap)
½ koppie sout varkvet (gesmelt)
Metode:
Week brood in kookwater en druk dan al die water goed uit.
Voeg res van bestanddele by en stop pluimvee daarmee op.
