Poultry Stuffing - Pluimveevulsel

Try something different next time you serve poultry. This bread stuffing
is very easy to prepare.

Probeer 'n slag iets an-ders as jy weer pluimvee voorberei. Hierdie broodvulsel
is baie maklik om te maak.

Ingredients:
4 cups bread crumbs
4 cups boiling water
2 whipped eggs
salt and pepper
1 onion (grated)
1 cup celery (chopped)
½ cup salted pork fat (melted)

Method:

  • Soak bread in boiling water and squeeze all the water from the bread.
  • Add rest of ingredients and use as stuffing for poultry.
  • Bestanddele:
    4 koppies ou broodkrummels
    4 koppies kookwater
    2 geklopte eiers
    sout en peper
    1 ui (gerasper)
    1 koppie seldery (gekap)
    ½ koppie sout varkvet (gesmelt)

    Metode:

  • Week brood in kookwater en druk dan al die water goed uit.
  • Voeg res van bestanddele by en stop pluimvee daarmee op.
