Ingredients:
120g Cheddar cheese
1 pineapple
4 celery stalks
30g roasted peanuts
1 cup fresh cream
juice of 1 lemon
seasoning
sugar
Method:
Clean the celery and cut into dices. Cut the cheese and pineapple. Mix everything and add the peanuts and sugar.
Pour the cream onto the salad and fold in. Blend in the lemon juice to thicken the cream.
Season to taste.
Fruit yoghurt may be used in the place of the cream.

30g geroosterde grondboontjies
1 koppie vars room
sap van 1 suurlemoen
speserye
suiker
Metode:
Maak die seldery skoon en sny op. Sny kaas en pynappel in stukkies. Meng alles en voeg grondboontjies en suiker by.
Gooi room oor slaai en vou in. Meng suurlemoensap by om room te verdik.
Geur na smaak.
Vrugtejoghurt kan pleks van room gebruik word.
