Ingredients:
1 cabbage
1 onion
1-3 stalks celery
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon English mustard powder
salt and pepper to taste
poppy seeds
Optional: almond flakes and/or currants
Method:
Chop or grate the cabbage, onion and celery.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix with the slaw.
Chill several hours before serving to allow flavours to blend.

Metode:
Rasper of kap die kool, ui en seldery fyn.
Meng res van bestanddele en meng met slaai.
Verkoel 'n paar uur voor opdiening sodat geure goed kan meng.
