Avocado Salad - Avokadoslaai
The Bushveld does not have the ideal climate for avocados, but it does
grow there. Your guests will remember this Avocado Salad.
Hoewel die Bosveld nie die ideale klimaat vir avokado's het nie, groei dit tog
daar. U gaste sal hierdie avokadoslaai geniet.
Ingredients:
3 avocados
1 green chilli
½ cup vinaigrette
juice of 1 lemon
Optional: 1 clove of garlic (crushed)
seasoning
Method:
Clean and chop the green chilli.
Cut the avocados into cubes.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Season to taste.
