Mango Salad - Mangoslaai

Mango Salad? Yes! It's different, it's exotic, it's... well, it's... In any case, mangoes
are packed with all of the big three anti-oxidants: beta-carotene, vitamin C
and vitamin E. They're also a good source of fibre and potassium.

Mangoslaai? Ja! Dis anders, dis eksoties, dis... uhm, dis... In elk geval, mango's
is propvol van al drie die groot anti-oksidante: beta-karoteen, vitamin C en
vitamin E. Dit is ook ’n goeie bron van vesel en kalium.

Ingredients:
6 green mangoes
2 green chillies or chopped mint
1 onion (sliced)
1 cup vinaigrette

Method:

  • Cut mangoes into slices.
  • Crush the chilli with a little salt.
  • Mix all the ingredients together. Season to taste.

  • Bestanddele:
    6 groen mango's
    2 groen brandrissies of gekapte kruisement
    1 ui (gesny)
    1 koppie vinaigrette

    Metode:

  • Sny mango in skyfies.
  • Druk brandrissie fyn saam met bietjie sout.
  • Meng al die bestanddele saam. Geur na smaak.
