Ingredients:
400g beetroot (grated)
1 medium pineapple (grated)
Salad Dressing:
25ml olive oil
12˝ml wine vinegar
1ml mixed herbs
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Drain beetroot and mix with grated pineapple.
Place in a glass bowl and top with the salad dressing.

Slaaisous:
25ml olyfolie
12˝ml wynasyn
1ml gemengde kruie
sout en peper na smaak
Metode:
Dreineer gerasperde beet en meng met gerasperde pynappel.
Skep in 'n glasbak en gooi slaaisous oor.
