Beetroot & Pineapple Salad
Beet en pynappelslaai

Mix red and yellow and you get... a salad. It's different and even kids will enjoy it!
Meng rooi en geel en jy kry... 'n slaai. Dis anders en selfs kinders sal dit verorber!

Ingredients:
400g beetroot (grated)
1 medium pineapple (grated)

Salad Dressing:
25ml olive oil
12˝ml wine vinegar
1ml mixed herbs
salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • Drain beetroot and mix with grated pineapple.
  • Place in a glass bowl and top with the salad dressing.
  • Bestanddele:
    400g beet (gerasper)
    1 medium pynappel (gerasper)

    Slaaisous:
    25ml olyfolie
    12˝ml wynasyn
    1ml gemengde kruie
    sout en peper na smaak

    Metode:

  • Dreineer gerasperde beet en meng met gerasperde pynappel.
  • Skep in 'n glasbak en gooi slaaisous oor.
