Ingredients:
6 eggs (hard-boiled)
50ml green pepper (finely chopped)
4 sticks celery (sliced)
lettuce
parsley (chopped)
Optional: Feta cheese
Salad Dressing:
50ml mayonnaise
5ml cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
5ml onion (chopped)
2,5ml Worcestershire sauce
Method:
Line salad bowl with lettuce leaves.
Cut eggs into large chunks and place in bowl with celery, green pepper and feta cheese.
Mix all dressing ingredients well and toss gently until well mixed. Garnish with parsley.
Put in fridge to chill.

slaaiblare
pietersielie (opgekap)

Slaaisous:
50ml mayonnaise
5ml appelasyn
sout en peper na smaak
5ml uie (gekap)
2,5ml Worcestersous
Metode:
Voer slaaibak met slaaiblare uit.
Sny eiers in groot stukke en pak saam met seldery, groenrissie en fetakaas in bak.
Meng al die bestanddele vir slaaisous, gooi oor slaai en meng liggies. Versier met pietersielie.
Verkoel in yskas.
