Ingredients:
50ml white vinegar or lemon juice
150ml salad or olive oil
1ml mixed herbs (bray in a mortar)
5ml honey
2ml sugar
1ml salt
pinch of freshly grounded black pepper
1ml onion juice
1 clove of garlic (slightly crushed)
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bottle and leave for 5 minutes.
Remove garlic and shake very well.
Store in refrigerator.

50ml witasyn of suurlemoensap
150ml slaai- of olyfolie
1ml gemengde kruie (fyngestamp)
5ml heuning
2ml suiker
1ml sout
knippie vars gemaalde swartpeper
1ml uiesap
1 knoffelhuisie (effens gekneus)
Metode:
Meng al die bestanddele in 'n bottel en laat 5 minute staan.
Verwyder knoffel en skud mengsel baie goed.
Bêre in yskas.
