Cream Sauce — Roomsous
This lovely sauce can be served on poached eggs, haddock fillets or kippers.

Ingredients:
3 eggs
250ml cream
125ml sugar
100ml vinegar
5ml salt
5ml mustard powder
3ml cayenne pepper
pinch of pepper
Method:
Beat all the ingredients together.
Heat in a double boiler while beating till mixture thickens.
Pour immediately into a cold container and serve.

5ml mosterdpoeier
3ml rooi peper
knippie peper
Metode:
Klits al die bestanddele saam.
Verhit in 'n pot oor water en roer totdat mengsel verdik.
Gooi dadelik in 'n koue houer en bedien.
