Ingredients:
125ml ma-yon-naise
125ml fresh cream
12,5ml tomato sauce
1ml Cayenne pepper
Salt and freshly grounded black pepper to taste
Method:
Mix all the ingredients.
Variation: Replace the tomato sauce and Cayenne pepper with a chopped anchovy, chopped onion and a chopped hard-boiled egg.
