Ingredients:
500g frozen haddock fillets
1 onion (chopped)
12,5ml butter or margarine
2½ cups bread crumbs
500ml milk
4 eggs
2ml salt
2ml mustard powder
pinch of cayenne pepper
500ml cheese (grated)
50ml parsley (chopped)
Method:
Cook fish in milk till soft. Skin, flake and remove bones.
Fry onion in butter until golden brown.
Soak bread crumbs in the milk.
Beat the eggs, salt, mustard powder and cayenne pepper together.
Mix the fish with onion, bread mixture, egg mixture, cheese and parsley.
Spoon into a greased ovenproof pie-plate and bake for 30 minutes or until set in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC.

500g bevrore skelvisfilette
1 ui (gekap)
12,5ml botter of margarien
2½ koppies broodkrummels
500ml melk
4 eiers
2ml sout
2ml mosterdpoeier
knippie rooi peper
500ml kaas (gerasper)
50ml pietersielie (gekap)
Metode:
Kook vis in melk tot sag. Verwyder vel en grate en breek op in vlokke.
Braai uie in botter tot goudbruin.
Week broodkrummels in die melk.
Klits die eiers, sout, mosterdpoeier en rooi peper saam.
Meng die vis met uie, broodmengsel, eiermengsel, kaas en pietersielie.
Skep in 'n gesmeerde oondvaste tertpan en bak vir 30 minute in 'n voorverhitte oond by 180ºC.
