Stuffed Sardines — Gevulde sardyne
Fish has a lot that you could fall for, hook, line and sinker. It is packed with vitamins and minerals, easily digestible and quick to cook. For a fishy affair try this Stuffed Sardines.
Vis is gewis nie 'n vissermanstorie nie! Dit is propvol vitamiene en minerale, verteer maklik en maak nog makliker gaar. Probeer gerus hierdie gevulde sardyne.
Ingredients:
6 fresh sardines
Salt and lemon pepper to taste
50ml fresh, finely chopped parsley
250ml fresh bread crumbs
12˝ml lemon juice
30ml Par-me-san cheese
20ml melted butter
Salt and freshly grounded black pepper to taste
Method:
Wash the sardines under running water en press dry with a kitchen towel.
Flavour sardines with salt and lemon pepper.
Mix the parsley, bread crumbs, lemon juice, Par-me-san cheese, butter, salt and black pepper.
Stuff sardines with this stuffing.
Grill for 6 to 8 mi-nu-tes under the pre-heated grill element of the oven. Turn over after 3 to 4 minutes.

Bestanddele:
6 vars sardyne

50ml vars, fyn ge-kap-te pie-ter-sie-lie
250ml vars brood-krum-mels
12˝ml suur-le-moen-sap
30ml Par-me-saan-kaas
20ml ge-smel-te bot-ter
Sout en vars ge-maal-de swart-pe-per na smaak
Metode:
Was die sar-dy-ne on-der lo-pen-de wa-ter en druk dit droog met kom-buis-pa-pier.
Geur die vis-se met sout en suur-le-moen-pe-per.
Meng die pie-ter-sie-lie, brood-krum-mels, suur-le-moen-sap, Par-me-saan-kaas, bot-ter, sout en swart-pe-per.
Vul die hol-tes van die vis-se met die vul-sel.
Rooster die vis-se 6 tot 8 mi-nu-te lank on-der die voor-ver-hit-te roos-ter-ele-ment van die stoof. Draai na 3 tot 4 minute om.
