Ingredients:
185g mussels (1 tin)
2 rindless bacon strips, chopped finely
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
60ml chives, cut in rings
salt and freshly grounded black pepper to taste
pinch of dried thyme
450g cream of mushroom soup (1 tin)
30ml fresh, finely chopped parsley
185g small pink shrimps, drained (1 tin)
Method:
Drain the mussels and keep the liquid.
Saute the bacon, green pepper, onion and chives for about 4 minutes.
Add the salt, pepper and thyme.
Add the mushroom soup and drained mussel liquid.
Heat the mixture to boiling point.
Add the parsley and pink shrimps and serve immediately.

Bestanddele:

2 swoerdlose spekvleisrepies, fyn gesny
1 groen soetrissie, gekap
1 middelslag ui, gekap
60ml grasui, in ringetjies gesny
sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper na smaak
knippie gedroogde tiemie
450g sampioenroomsop (1 blik)
30ml vars, fyn gekapte pietersielie
185g klein pienk garnale, gedreineer (1 blik)
Metode:
Dreineer die mossels en behou die vloeistof.
Soteer die spekvleis, soetrissie, ui en grasui ongeveer 4 minute lank.
Voeg sout, peper en tiemie by.
Voeg die sampioenroomsop en gedreineerde mosselvloeistof by.
Verhit die mengsel tot kookpunt.
Voeg die pietersielie en pienk garnale by en bedien dadelik.
