Coconut Ice - Klapperys
Coconut Ice remains a favourite with children.
This recipe is easy to prepare and kids love it.

Ingredients:
500g icing sugar
500g coconut
¾ tin condensed milk
Method:
Mix all the ingredients and flatten in a pan.
Refrigerate until set. Cut in squares.

Metode:
Meng al die bestanddele en druk plat in 'n pan.
Sit in yskas om styf te word. Sny in blokkies.
