Ingredients:
300g large mushrooms
2 eggs
100g breadcrumbs
125ml mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
2ml mixed herbs
12,5ml cold water
oil for frying
Method:
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stalks.
Beat the eggs, salt, pepper, herbs and water together.
Dip the mushrooms in the egg mixture and then in the crumbs.
Fry in hot oil until brown and crisp. Drain and keep warm.
Top each mushroom with a spoonful of mayonnaise and garnish with fresh parsley or paprika.

Bestanddele:
300g groot sampioene
2 eiers
100g broodkrummels
125ml mayonnaise
sout en peper na smaak
2ml gemengde kruie
12,5ml koue water
braaiolie
Metode:
Maak sampioene skoon en verwyder die steeltjies.
Klits die eiers, sout, peper, kruie en water saam.
Doop sampioene in eiermengsel en dan in die broodkrummels.
Braai in warm olie tot bruin en bros. Dreineer en hou warm.
Sit 'n lepel mayonnaise op elke sampioen en versier met vars pietersielie of paprika.
